We are seeking a talented and experienced Communications Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting compelling narratives, engaging with various stakeholders, and enhancing the company's brand image through effective communication strategies.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the external and internal local communication plan in order to increase brand awareness, covering for South East Asia region.
Job Description
Adapt global communication strategy to local needs and priorities.
Execute the non-digital part of the communication strategy.
Manage local events and local media relations.
Measure and analyze local communications efforts.
Understand current trends, risks and opportunities in the communication space.
Oversee and allocate the annual communications budget and ensure its use is fully maximized.
Define, drive and execute internal communications plan and efforts.
What you know
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
At least 2-5 years of proven experience working in a communications role, preferably in a B2B industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and channels.
Proficiency in communication tools and platforms, including content management systems and analytics tools.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
