StormGeo is seeking a creative, commercially minded marketer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys turning strategy into a measurable impact. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving StormGeo’s growth story across the EMEA region.
In this position, you will lead the planning and execution of regional marketing campaigns that bring our global commercial priorities to life. You’ll create and optimize high-impact, localized initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate demand, and directly support company goals.
Working closely with cross-functional teams - including Sales and Product Marketing - you will ensure that our messaging resonates with regional audiences, our activities amplify market visibility. Your efforts will help position StormGeo as a trusted partner in a fast-moving and competitive landscape.
This position is based in Oslo, Norway.
Main responsibilities
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies that align with global and domain-level objectives.
Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and meaningful strategic impact.
Lead the event marketing initiatives, creation of regional content, digital assets that elevate StormGeo’s presence.
Adapt and localize go-to-market campaigns to meet regional market needs and sales priorities.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales to deliver effective enablement materials and support successful product launches.
Conduct market and competitor research, as well as understanding our customers, to guide regional marketing decisions and identify new opportunities.
Strengthen customer advocacy by developing case studies, testimonials, and success stories.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance, ensuring measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.
Core Requirements
+3 years of experience in regional marketing roles, within B2B industries such as SaaS, maritime, energy, or related sectors.
Hands-on experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events (both virtual and in-person), along with an interest to take an active role in event management activities.
Ability to execute localized marketing campaigns that deliver measurable commercial impact.
Analytical skills with the ability to translate market and performance data into actionable plans.
Skilled collaborator, able to partner effectively with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and centralized marketing.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, campaign analytics, and content performance measurements.
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt messages for different audiences and channels.
