About the job
Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for environmental solutions and cutting-edge technology? Join our Field Sales team and make a direct impact by delivering advanced separation technologies and services to municipal and industrial wastewater clients across the Northeast region in the US.

As the Regional Sales Manager focused on after sales within the wastewater market in the Northeast, you’ll be the face of a global leader in water treatment innovation, building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving growth in a dynamic and mission-critical industry. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in the field and enjoys solving complex customer challenges.

Preference will be given to candidates located in the Northeast region of the US.

As part of the team, you will:

  • Travel extensively to customer sites across the northeast US to build relationships, assess needs, and present tailored solutions.

  • Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to manage pipelines, track progress, and forecast opportunities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with technical services, engineering,  business unit teams and external partners to deliver value-driven solutions.

  • Identify and pursue service sales opportunities, with a focus on replacement and retrofit projects.

  • Act as a market expert, gathering competitive intelligence and identifying emerging trends and technologies.

  • Prepare localized Sales Plan, based on a data driven analysis of the IB, and historic sales figures, including action/sales activities.

  • Engage key decision-makers at municipal utilities, industrial facilities, and engineering firms to influence purchasing decisions.

What you know:

You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience, and:

  • Up to 5+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in water and wastewater markets

  • Strong understanding of municipal and industrial water treatment processes, especially separation technologies, is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems

  • Ability to travel 50-75% across the northeast region within the US.

We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application you will be invited to play the assessment games.
