About the job
As Senior Project Manager, you will join a team of dedicated professionals in Food Systems. You will be involved in executing our large customer projects from quoting until final delivery. The projects are based on Alfa Laval’s core technologies within the Protein recovery market, the Edible Oil Systems market, and the Brewery market for our customers worldwide. Typical Projects will have a lifespan of anywhere from 1-3 years. They include engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning of engineered systems. Your responsibility is to drive excellence in each project under your remit. Your key tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
Plan, execute, deliver, and commission projects worldwide.
Be a role model and live up to our “World Class Project Management” vision.
Deliver the projects On Time; On spec; On Budget by engaging and mentoring the project teams.
Actively engaging with the customers and the stakeholders to proactively work with the expectations.
At Alfa Laval, we embrace a hybrid work model, providing you the flexibility to work from home when it aligns with your tasks. This position is based at our Copenhagen office, with an expected travel commitment of approximately 25 - 35 days per year.
What you know
We are looking for a candidate with a background in chemical, mechanical, process, or marine engineering, ideally with experience in food applications. Familiarity with EPC projects within the process industry will be an advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management and organizational skills, coupled with strong project management experience.
