To coordinate Service Centre operations by acting as the central point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, seamless job execution, customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and efficient management in operational excellence to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.

Responsibilities
Coordinate incoming and outgoing service jobs within the Service Center.
Monitor job progress and update internal tracking systems.
Assist in scheduling service activities, manpower, and logistics.
Coordinate with customers regarding job status, delivery schedules, and documentation requirements.
Prepare service reports, delivery documents, and monitor invoicing.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service centre efficiency.
Ensure all service centre documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of consumables, spare parts, and service centre supplies.
Generate KPI reports and operational performance data to support service centre management.
Establish and participate in regular workload planning and forecasting meetings with Sales, P&A, Service Centre Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure visibility of upcoming service requirements.
Support resource planning by monitoring job pipelines, workload distribution, and service centre capacity utilization.
Prepare monthly timesheets and man-hour booking in ERP for Service Centre personnel based on approved job records and workflow data.
Conduct daily toolbox talks, safety briefings, and HSE awareness sessions for service centre personnel.
Monitor housekeeping standards within the workshop, ensuring clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas always.
Support incident reporting by documenting and escalating all safety incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions in a timely manner.
Foster a strong safety culture by encouraging proactive reporting and continuous improvement in HSE performance.
