Framo is looking for a highly skilled Service Manager to drive the quality, efficiency, and organization of our operations. This role focuses on strategy, leadership, and team management, with an emphasis on delegating operational tasks to Team Leaders.
We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong technical background and proven ability to lead and develop teams, ensuring operational excellence while driving continuous improvement.
Your Role
As Service Manager, you will oversee and guide the activities of Team Leaders in Workshop, Project Engineering, and Field Service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across these key areas. This role is strategic and tactical, focusing on leadership, delegation, and process optimization, rather than day-to-day operational tasks.
You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, while effectively aligning resources and strategies to meet organizational goals and deliver exceptional results. You are directly reporting to the Managing Director and you are part of the Management Team of Framo Nederland.

You are a strategic and experienced leader with in-depth technical knowledge of Framo systems (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, etc.). Your ability to lead and manage teams effectively ensures that they perform to their full potential, delivering measurable results and fostering professional growth.
With your deep technical expertise, you oversee operations confidently, resolving challenges and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Your strong focus on leadership, quality, and efficiency makes you a critical contributor to the success and growth of the organization.
