About the Job

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Service Operations Administrator to join our international Marine Service Support team.

As our new Service Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the service organization. Working closely with Service Engineers, suppliers, internal stakeholders, and customers, you will help ensure efficient planning, accurate administration, and high service quality.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling accounts within your area of responsibility.
  • Maintaining accurate and well-structured financial and operational records.
  • Approving working hours for Service Engineers and supporting related administrative processes.
  • Providing administrative support to the Service team, including data management and documentation activities.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and internal purchasing functions to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Supporting material and capacity planning activities, including scheduling, monitoring, and follow-up.
  • Monitoring job progress from conception to completion and helping ensure delivery precision.
  • Proactively identifying issues and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an administrative, logistics, supply chain, service operations, or similar environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ERP (Magic/Axapta) or CRM systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in working with planning, coordination, purchasing support, or service operations is an advantage.
  • Danish and/or Dutch language skills are considered a plus.
