Who You Are

Do you enjoy bringing structure to complex information and coordinating people across functions and countries? We are looking for a Service Package Sales colleague to support the development and implementation of Marine Service Packages across Alfa Laval.

In this hands-on individual-contributor role, you will translate technical and service-related input into clear commercial structures, coordinate stakeholders and help turn agreed concepts into practical tools and package content that Sales Companies can use.

Alfa Laval has a broad range of service offerings across products and regions. To make these offerings easier for customers and field sales in various regions across the globe to understand and use, they need to be organized within one consistent and scalable Service Package framework.

Service Packages combine selected recurring Service Offerings, connected to specific equipment and vessels, within one coordinated agreement.

About The Job

Reporting to the Service Package Manager, you will work closely with Service Development Managers, Business Units, Sales Companies, Marketing and Legal stakeholders globally.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role within the Service Packages team. You will help turn service knowledge and input from different product groups, functions and regions into clear, practical and commercially usable package content.

You will work closely with Service Development Managers, Sales Companies, Marketing, Legal and other stakeholders to collect information, structure package content, maintain documentation and support the rollout of a common global framework.

This position is well suited to someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex information, coordinating across teams and turning ideas into practical deliverables.
