About the job

We are seeking a proactive and customer focused Service Sales & Coordination Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will play a pivotal part in driving service and parts sales while supporting the coordination of field service technician visits. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives on achieving targets, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth service operations.

This is a hybrid position for candidates located near our Greenwood, IN or Buffalo, NY offices. We are also open to considering remote candidates.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Identify and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activities, including calls, emails, and online inquiries.

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing customers to promote service offerings, parts, and upgrades.

  • Develop tailored sales pitches and proposals to meet customer needs.

  • Follow up on high-value parts quotes to improve conversion rates and gain market insights.

  • Track and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent progress toward monthly and quarterly goals.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and achieve revenue objectives.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services or upgrades.

  • Maintain an organized CRM with accurate lead and customer information.

  • Manage the service calendar and coordinate field technician visits with customers.

  • Serve as the liaison between customers and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

  • Support the presentation of Service Training Agreements (STAs) and assist in scheduling related activities.

  • Monitor service activity trends and identify opportunities for proactive outreach.

  • Collaborate with Marketing to generate leads and create service-focused content (e.g., webinars, LinkedIn posts, trade show materials).

  • Stay informed on industry trends through relevant publications and associations.

  • Provide feedback to internal teams to improve customer experience and service offerings.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What you know:

You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, technical discipline or a related field (preferred), or equivalent work experience, and:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales, service coordination, or a similar customer-facing role.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets strongly preferred.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, OneCRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Adaptability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% to include travel via airplane and overnight travel as needed. Must be able to travel both domestically within the US and internationally.

We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application you will be invited to play the assessment games.
