About the job
You will report to the Team Manager of Purchasing & Production Planning. Your future team is in Aalborg, Denmark, Nijmegen, Netherlands and Qingdao, China. You will get the opportunity to explore the day-to-day operational tasks and ways of working as-is, to identify and analyze improvement ideas. This could turn into an implementation task or maybe a semester project.
Your responsibilities can include:
Updating Purchase Orders & Order Confirmations in ERP
Production Planning for Assembly Workshop in Aalborg
Driving continuous improvements
Receiving non-physical goods in ERP
Collecting document packages
Updating prices in ERP
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
What you know
We are curious to explore different educational backgrounds and areas of specialization. Maybe you are studying a bachelor in Economic and Business administration, Global Business Engineering or International Business Communication or maybe you have another relevant specialization? Most important is that you are willing to learn and explore.
We expect you to speak and write English fluently and to have a good understanding of IT-systems.
The Student Assistant position can begin as soon as possible.
You will have the possibility of forming a semester project (if applicable) in parallel with the day-to-day work.
