About the job

As a student worker your primary tasks will be helping and supporting our clients and colleagues throughout the day in Order Handling area.

• Ad hoc tasks

• Support communication with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless order management process.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely deliveries and address customer inquiries.

• Help maintain and organize order documentation and systems.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the order handling process

Approx. 15hours/week

Between 8-16 Monday to Friday

Who you are

You are a flexible person with focus on quality and deadlines. You thrive within an organization where teamwork and independence are equally essential. You are service & performance minded and positive. Able to work proactively, independently and cross functional as well as ready to do hands-on activities if needed.

What you know

You have approx. been studying for a year and are looking for a part time job for the next 2-4 years.

As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English is a prerequisite.
