About the job
You will be part of a global team working to improve and evolve sustainable sourcing practices throughout our central and local sourcing organizations. Focusing on emission reductions and environmental improvements in our supply chain, you will work with analysis of fast changing requirements, developing, rolling out and supporting new ways of working.
Main responsibilities:
This includes working with guidelines, data reporting and data insights, pilot projects to find new solutions, KPIs, risks, digital enablers and networking.

What you know
You have expertise in the areas of climate, sustainability and supply chain/sourcing, with knowledge of climate-related regulations, standards, and best practices (e.g., SBTi, CDP, GHG Protocol, GRI, CSRD, ESRS or relevant ISO standards). You possess strong knowledge in developing ways of working with value creating sustainability. You have proven track record for successfully implementing new ways of working across a global organization. You have experience in leading data driven approach, in understanding new data and quickly determining business value. You are fluent in English both written and spoken. Good knowledge in sustainability reporting is an advantage for this position.
