Are you ready to shape a more resourceful world through pioneering engineering solutions? Alfa Laval in Lund, Sweden is launching an exciting Technology Development Graduate Program under Energy Division starting in September 2026.
Graduate Program Overview
We’re initiating a 15-month Technology Development Graduate Program in Lund. This full-time, paid program offers permanent employment from day 1 and hands-on experience across Research & Development (R&D) and Operations Development (OD).
About the R&D and OD functions
At Alfa Laval’s Energy Division, our R&D and Operations Development teams collaborate to drive innovation and efficiency. R&D develops cutting-edge technologies for energy efficiency and sustainability, while OD ensures smooth implementation and optimized production, delivering high-quality solutions to our customers. Together, we turn ideas into impactful solutions for a more sustainable energy future.

You are:

Your qualifications:
Master’s degree (by September 2026) in Mechanical Engineering, Product Development, Computational Mechanics, or Mechatronics
Max 1.5 years of full-time work experience, after graduation
Has a long-term interest in a technical specialist path within Product and Process Development.
Fluent in English
EU citizen residing in Sweden and willing to work based in Lund
