About us
Engineering & Supply (E&S) at Business Unit High-Speed Separators integrates the key component, the disc stack separator, into a complete solution including piping, process components, and controls that fits into the customer process. We are responsible for executing customer projects for food and life science applications, serving industries such as Brewery, Beverage, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation, Ethanol, Starch & Sugar, and many more.
About the Job
As Test and Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to delivering on our customer commitments. The team consists of mechanical, electrical, and automation test engineers responsible for our testing activities in the FAT test stand and commissioning at customer sites worldwide.
As we prepare our move to the new Flemingsberg site and with that the move of our FAT test area, your role will include evolving and improving our processes to suit the new facilities and introducing innovative ways of working. You’ll also collaborate with other departments such as the Innovation Lab to ensure seamless transitions and maintain operational excellence.
Your main tasks will include:
Leading a team of dedicated professionals with the common vision to satisfy our customers.
Continuing the engaging leadership and team spirit already created.
Securing a competent, well-sized, planned, and agile Test and Commissioning team.
Driving safety-first initiatives across all activities.
Collaborating closely with project managers and customers to ensure effective communication and alignment.
Supporting improvement initiatives through Lean Six Sigma methodologies and similar processes.
Contributing to leadership group activities and discussions with confidence and initiative.
Who you are
You are naturally interested in the commercial side of the business, which makes you customer-focused and committed. You have high personal integrity and great communication skills, working seamlessly across procurement, project management, engineering, order handling, shipping, finance, and the workshop. You are structured, organized, and lead by example, “walking the talk.”
What you know
A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with technical experience in customer projects.
Proven leadership experience and a team-focused mindset, motivated by leading and developing people.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar improvement methodologies.
Experience in manufacturing products and systems for the biopharma and food industries is meritorious.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
A constructive, structured, and systematic approach with the ability to make quick decisions.
