About the job
As our new trainee in Purchasing & Production Planning, you will be a key contributor to supporting our purchasing and production planning activities. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced marine environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Updating purchase orders & order confirmations in the ERP system.
Create sales orders and handle invoicing processes.
Managing the receipt of non-physical goods in the ERP system.
Gathering document packages.
Assisting in planning and scheduling production activities.
Updating pricing information in the ERP system.
Performing various ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Required Qualifications:
To be considered as a trainee, you must have completed one of the following educational programs by the summer of 2025:
HG2 (office line) or
EUX (the study competence course) or
HHX, UCN or
HTX, STX, or HF supplemented with a 5-week EUS5 course from the Business School.
You possess a good understanding of IT.
You should be available to start by September 1, 2025.
As part of a global organization, speaking and writing English are prerequisites.
