Implement the new supply chain and be front in our journey

As Unit Manager, you will be responsible for the Distribution Center, Warehouse for Capital Sales and Project orders. The role is new, which brings a new way of working. It means new processes, new standards and roles and responsibilities.  You are responsible for following through in the project and improving the performance together with your team. In order to enhance customer satisfaction, you:

• Drive, motivate and support the team on DC level
• Secure the performance from the DC
• Work in the front with optimization and continuous improvements
• Have close cooperation with Sales and Operation

You are the decision maker in supporting the organization regarding the processes. You set the bar high when it comes to safety, quality, re-thinking and creating new ways to work.

On a personal level, you want to coach, motivate and develop people. You are a team player who knows where and how to influence the organization, your stakeholders and you put the customer first. You understand the importance to network with both customers and colleagues. You are an excellent decision-maker and knows how to organize your work to reach set goals. In addition, you possess the following skills:

• Experience in leadership and lead Change Management in a feedback culture.
• 10+ years’ experience as a manager and with Lean/Six Sigma
• Strong exposure in 3PL
• Fluent in English and in both verbal and writing and possess excellent communicative skills.
