Our Accounting Analyst manages accounting operations within the Peruvian scope, assuring legal comply in specific timings.

What would you perform in the position? (among other functions).

• Maintaining accurate accounting within area of responsibility to be in line with IFRS and reporting schedules.
• Prepare local Taxes: monthly and annual.
• Coordinate audit compliance.
• Support monthly payroll, provision for payroll expenses and keep organized records.
• Verifying and reconciling accounts.
• Bank reconciliation
• Register intercompany transactions and prepare intercompany reconciliation
• Register account payable for insurance and follow up insurance policies
• Managed product costing and import registration processes Medium complexity in terms of scope/organisation/responsibility.
• Work side by side with Payroll vendor.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvements within area of responsibility.

Requirements:

• Accounting degree
• Experience in accounting roles at least 5 years.
• Experience and knowledge in local legislations for accounting and payroll
• Adaptability for changing environments.
• Experience using accounting ERP.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
