FACTORY CONTROLLER MANAGER

We are looking for a Factory Controller Manager for our San Bonifacio site reporting to Factory Manager and is part of local management team.

The work as a Factory controller included being part of the management teamwork within Operations San Bonifacio, as well as support the work with strategic plans for the future.

About the job

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide consolidated data figures for monthly report
  • Factory costs control and alignment in the systems
  • Budget & Forecast process
  • Ensure accuracy of financial information used to support the improvement of operational related processes
  • Promote initiatives to achieve growth and cost savings
  • Weekly monitoring of factory performance key figures, KPI, new reports
  • Actual vs. Standard cost variance analysis
  • Spot / Exceptional Data extraction and analysis
  • Actively role in periodical and YE inventory controls
  • Coordination of team
  • In charge of the financial reporting and follow-up 
  • Responsible for administrative questions of the financial transactions in the ERP system  
  • Supporting the local management team with financial topics

What you know

  • Finance/Economical background
  • Business acumen, Experienced in Operations field
  • Team-player
  • Experience with project management
  • Good communication skills and knowledge of finance tools, strong Excel capability
  • At least 5/6 years of experience in an international technical accounting
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Well understanding and analyzing skill on financial figure
  • High competence on Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word , Power-point , Power BI )
  • Good/Capable competence with IT systems
