Job Description

• Drive the HSE programs for the company, with the objectives to proactively reduce risks and ensure compliance with regulations and prevent liabilities

• Keep risk assessment and environmental analysis updated and in compliance with applicable legislations partnering with consulting experts

• Drive the internal auditing process, HSE KPIs management, training, SOPs and instructions

• Communicate and report to Company and local governmental agencies, as well as internal partners for any HSE related matters

• Support line management in their HSE accountability

• 20% time allocation to Operation(Factory) site HSE maintenance and program implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in environment, occupational health and safety, engineering, or other related engineering field.

• More than 3-5 years of experience in leading the company’s EHS program/enhancement activities with knowledge of relevant regulation (Industrial Safety and Health Act, Chemical management Act, etc.)

• Industrial Safety Engineer certificate is plus

• Intermediate level of English skill
