About the job:

• Facility maintenance / Building structure / utility (power, water, sewage, etc)
  • Performing routine maintenance on facilities and making repairs as needed
  • Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
  • Maintaining day-to-day operations of facilities, such as delegating or completing maintenance orders
  • Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
• Collaborating with factories and upper management on budgeting for facilities need
  • Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
• Construction projects
  • Support / plan / oversee local projects
• Overseeing maintenance workers, cleaning crews, contractors, and groundskeepers
• Sustainability improvements

What you know:

• More than 6 years of professional experience on facility management from industry company.
• Have worked independently as a site real estate manager for industrial projects where the construction projects have taken place during the normal operation of the business. Documented experience from projects with high demands on work environment and safety will be a great merit.
• Professional knowledge of necessary laws and regulations regarding the planning and implementation of real estate related project.
• Good experience of making cost calculations for construction projects and from there also assess the implementation of projects.
• Be a good leader, driven in your work and want to constantly develop in cooperation with internal and external customers, contractors and subcontractors.
• Good communication skills to handle professional English in speaking and writing
• Good micro soft skills
• Be open and teamwork
• Have high integrity
