Quem é você
Você é um profissional com foco no cliente, que prioriza a segurança e a qualidade em seu trabalho. Possui excelente capacidade de atenção, raciocínio lógico e foco em resultados.
Suas principais responsabilidades serão:
- Programar e operar máquinas de corte a plasma CNC, determinando e inserindo parâmetros, sequência de operações e tipos de ferramentas no programa de produção computadorizada conforme o desenho da peça.
- Movimentar cargas.
- Ajustar consumíveis da máquina de corte CNC conforme material especificado.
- Verificar a qualidade da operação utilizando instrumentos de medição adequados.
- Iniciar o ciclo automático da máquina monitorando o andamento do processo.
- Executar manutenção preventiva diária antes do início das atividade e acompanhar as rotinas de manutenção da máquina.
Seu conhecimento e experiência:
- Cursos em Programação e Operação de Máquina CNC.
- Leitura e Interpretação de Desenho.
- Medição Industrial.
- Conhecimento em informática.
