Quality Engineer - Workshop

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.

As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

What you can expect

In our work environment, envision a fast-paced and high-energy atmosphere where your dedication to ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes will be not just encouraged but vital. Your role is pivotal in contributing directly to our steadfast commitment to delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Anticipate actively monitoring construction processes, conducting precise measurements and controls on products/components during manufacturing.

As a department, System Supply Chain Business Unit Separator technologies, we are driven by passion for our technology, products, and the processes they serve. We are responsible for designing, manufacturing, and delivering separator systems in various industries, such as Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Biopharma and Industrial Fermentation, our commitment is unwavering. We consistently strive to provide our customers with nothing less than the best possible experience.

What you will do

  • Your responsibilities extend to developing and maintaining instructions, procedures, and processes. Additionally, your involvement will play a key role in resolving internal deviations and addressing customer claims, reflecting the dynamic nature of our commitment to excellence in quality and customer satisfaction.

  • You’ll take the lead in monitoring manufacturing processes, verifying measurements, and maintaining control throughout production. Your work will include developing and improving governing documents, supporting deviation management, and addressing customer claims with precision and care.

  • As a key contributor to our quality culture, you’ll ensure measurement of equipment , drive continuous improvement, and lead investigations to identify root causes of non-conformities. You’ll also prepare for and participate in internal and customer audits—helping us uphold our commitment to excellence and reliability.

  • You’ll work with a range of digital tools, including OPTO, D365, and other quality and production systems, to secure accuracy and efficiency across all factory activities—from incoming goods control, manufacturing to packing and delivery. Your expertise will help refine processes, strengthen guidelines, and ensure that every final check reflects our dedication to quality and customer satisfaction.

About you
You’re curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by the challenge of making things better. With a relevant university degree and experience in quality engineering—ideally within mechanical or process manufacturing—you bring both technical knowledge and a practical mindset.

You’re fluent in English and comfortable working in a global environment. You’ve successfully led product or process improvement initiatives and enjoy collaborating across teams to find smart, sustainable solutions.

A Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing certification is a strong advantage, as is experience in root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Most importantly, you share our belief that quality is not just a standard, it’s a promise to our customers and partners.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Join us and help shape a future defined by innovation, collaboration, and lasting positive impact.
