Main purpose of the job / Mission:
As a Risk Management Specialist you will work in an international context where different business-related risks are part of the everyday business Reporting to the Regional Risk and Compliance manager
In your role you will be supporting business and operations in China in their everyday work by understanding the business and applying risk optimized ways of working to identify and mitigate different threats.
You will support the business by conducting internal Investigations and assisting in compliance control framework development. You will also support management team in raising awareness to create a common view and understanding within the risk field enabling us to build a strong risk and compliance culture.
About the job:
1.Conduct investigation of cases by mobilizing internal or external resources and expertise, with effective engagement communication with senior management at China Region.
2.Strengthen the risk management system, including regular risk assessment, development of effective mitigations and monitoring the execution of mitigation actions by working together with governance body.
3.Work closely with the line organizations and with group functions such as Risk and Compliance Management, Internal Auditor, Internal Control and local controller team to proactively set risk and compliance standards and implement physical measures, processes, and controls.
4.Develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity and ensure that the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards;
5.Constantly monitor new threats and development in compliance area, both at national and regional level to provide expertise and support to the organization as well as increase awareness and knowledge sharing.
6.Establish training plans and conduct trainings. Participate in the promotion of compliance awareness programs to internal employees and external stakeholders.
What you know:
Required skills:
•A university degree or equivalent competence acquired through work life experience in risk management, compliance or internal audit.
•Good communication skills in Chinese and English, verbal and written
•Good problem solving and analytical skills
•Several years of experience from working with compliance, forensic investigation, internal audit or internal control.

•Trustworthy with strong ethics and personal integrity.
•Strong analytical and presentation skills; being able to simplify complex information and transfer this to the wider organization in terms of clear processes and procedures as well as training.
•Understand the need for balanced security in a business-driven environment.
•Demonstrated ability to apply strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with an array of internal and external stakeholders.
•Strong communications skills with the ability to create impact and buy- in at all levels of the organization.
•Sound decision-making ability to translate direction into execution and determination to ensure implementation and follow-through in a global, decentralized matrix organization.
