Who you are:

• According to the purchasing processes of Alfa Laval and the related strategy of each COM, complete all KPIs (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Sustainability) of  Sourcing Dept. to meet the production requests and other tasks from HFH BU and COM.

About the job:

COGS reduction (PI) initiative

• Identify cost reduction opportunities and proactively drive cost reduction projects to fulfil saving target.
• Support new product development and localization activities on site.
• Other tasks related to projects (outsourcing, PSC; prices verification and application; etc.;).

Supplier Management

• Work together with MP to follow up supplier Min&Max stock agreement and update regularly.
• Work with SQE to follow up 8D reports for claims and coordinate with supplier responsible to support improvement continuously.
• Follow up supplier delivery escalated from production department.
• Monitor supplier DOT closely and find gap with target to improve.
• Suppliers lead time improvement.

Compliance & Sustainability

• Supplier audit and follow up on actions from suppliers.
• Supplier supply constraints risk mitigation planning.
• Drive sustainability projects with suppliers.

System maintenance

• Ensure the accuracy and validity of system data related to HFH sourcing (eg, D365, JAKAMO, PowerBI, OPBI, Share…).

What you know:

• The ideal candidate should have University education background; mechanical major is preferred. *Familiar with various manufacturing processes such as stainless-steel casting and carbon steel casting, forging, sheet metal, machining, etc.
• With 2-3 years sourcing or relevant working experience within manufacturing environment, mechanical technical background.
• Familiar with GB and PPAP, proficient in using excel tools.
• Strong learning and data analysis ability, able to independently deal with problems in the work.
• Be able to quickly identify potential cost reduction opportunities in the work.
• Result-driven and ability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork ability, willing to challenge complex tasks at work.
• Good communication skills in written and oral in english is a must.
• Always act and behave in accordance with Alfa Laval Business Principles.
