About the job

As a Sourcing Project Manager, you will join our Strategic Sourcing team of 15 who are striving for Sourcing Excellence. You will manage small to medium projects, overseeing supplier approvals driven by production, sourcing, and R&D needs for new product development. Your role is important in ensuring smooth project execution and consistent quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess project requirements and ensure successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.

• Exercise decision-making authority and efficiently manage allocated resources, within given frame and budget.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and ensure clear, effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

The position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We expect international travel activity to be approximately 15-30 days a year.

What you know

You likely have an engineering or technical background (such as a Sourcing Engineer) combined with commercial experience. Alternatively, you may come from a commercial background and have developed strong technical expertise through work experience. Your ability to understand technical processes and product drawings is essential.

You also have years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, and project management and Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
