About the job:

• Responsible for the performance and output of the area as per plan负责所属车间计划内的绩效和产量
• Drive the development of the unit  推动所属车间的发展
• Responsible for workshop: safety and quality of the processes and products, quality, delivery, cost 负责车间的安全，质量， 发货和成本。
• Ensure progress of production orders and resource allocation based on KPI management.确保基于关键业绩指标管理生产订单进度和资源配置
• By own presence drive performance of the team and employees通过个人参与推动团队和员工绩效
• Be a link between the factory and support functions for daily issues作为工厂和其他支持部门日常问题的纽带
• Control of quality, deviations. 控制生产质量、偏差
• Provide the team with relevant information 为团队提供相关信息
• Set and follow up targets for the team and each employee, broken down from unit level 按车间制定并跟踪团队和每位员工的目标
• Support Problem Solving & Improvement activities支持解决问题和改善活动
• Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present 通过参与，了解并处理车间实际问题
• Involved in boiler process development参与锅炉流程改善
• optimize current production technology, implement or provide some suggestion of new technology for fixtures and handling of the products when necessary.优化当前的生产技术，必要时为设备的新技术和产品的处理实施或提供意见
• implement new layout and production flow according to lean production, to be the driver of these projects from production side, and work closely with our OD根据精益生产实施新的布局和生产流程，作为这些项目生产部门的领头人，与运营发展部紧密合作
• Secure ALPS / 5S / Optimization projects and other Operations initiative in the unit 确保阿法拉伐生产系统、5S、优化项目和其他运营计划在车间内正常进行

What you know:

• Junior college education or above or equivalent knowledge 大专以上学历或者同等知识经验
• 3-5 years of big heavy industries workshop management experience from production/manufacturing company3至5年大型重工企业生产或制造公司车间主任管理经验
• Prefer the experience with boiler production management 有锅炉车间管理经验者优先
• Prefer the Leadership and management skills and experience 有领导力和管理技能和经验者优先
• Prefer the Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen有改善工具的经验，如5S，六西格玛，改善者优先
• Have good English of reading and writing. 良好的英语读写能力
• Prefer the basic skill of computer with office-software.基本办公软件技能者优先
