We’re looking for
Rudeboksvägen, Lund, Skåne län, Sweden, 226 55
Full time
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers, and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water, and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
About the job
This role sits at the intersection of business and data. You will take ownership of how data is translated into insights that people actually use. That means not just building dashboards, but understanding the business context, challenging requirements, and delivering solutions that drive decisions.
You will be part of the Data & Analytics team within the Sales & Service value stream, working in an agile setup (SAFe) where delivery is only considered complete when it creates real business value. The analytics landscape is built on a modern Azure Databricks Lakehouse platform (GDAH), with Power BI as the primary tool for reporting and visualization.
Key responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models and reports using best practices and CI/CD pipelines
Translate business needs into clear, effective, and user-friendly dashboards and analytical solutions
Act as a Business Analyst: gather, challenge, and refine requirements with stakeholders and UX specialists
Analyze business processes and data flows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Bridge the gap between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity in BI initiatives
Train and support end-users, increasing data literacy and adoption across the organization
Continuously improve existing solutions by staying updated on BI trends, tools, and best practices
This is a fixed-term position ending on 1 July 2027.
Who are you
You’re not just a dashboard builder—you think in terms of impact. You are curious enough to question what’s behind the numbers, structured enough to turn complexity into clarity, and direct enough to push back when requirements don’t make sense. You’re comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical teams, and you don’t hide behind tools, you use them to solve real problems. You thrive in collaborative environments, take ownership of your work, and naturally look for ways to improve how things are done.
What you know
You already have a strong foundation in Business Intelligence and know how to turn data into meaningful insights. You understand both the technical side of BI and the business context behind it.
We expect you to bring:
Strong experience with Power BI (design, development, and deployment)
Solid understanding of data modeling, DAX, and visualization best practices
Good experience with SQL
Understanding of BI and Data Warehouse concepts, including Lakehouse architecture and modeling (e.g. Kimball)
Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and dashboards
Experience working in agile environments (SAFe is a plus), ideally in distributed teams
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, super users, and UX teams
Nice to have:
Experience with Azure Databricks or similar data platforms
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines in BI development
