We are looking for a Credit Professional to join our Finance & Administration team in Rauma and Singapore. You support sales and other internal stakeholders across the organization in your role in credit risk management and export control.

The job

In your role as Credit & Export Control Specialist, you will:

• Ensure compliance with local credit policies and contribute to their development.

• Conduct credit investigations and assess customer creditworthiness to minimize risk.

• Manage collection activities and monitor overdue accounts.

• Collaborate with finance counterparts to resolve credit issues.

• Enforce Export Control and Trade Sanctions policies throughout the sales and delivery process.

• Conduct partner screening and due diligence from quote to shipment.

• Support and train employees on compliance programs.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Export Control and Trade Sanctions.

You

You are an analytical and solution-finding team-player with a positive learning attitude who can quickly adapt to new ways of working. You have a degree in business administration or other applicable degree and experience in a similar role.

Operating in international business environment requires fluent communication skills in English and Finnish language skills is a benefit. We expect you to have a development mindset with a proactive can-do attitude and not be afraid of challenges. You have excellent skills with Microsoft Excel.
