About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support the development and performance of digital marketing initiatives across Hispanic America.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital visibility, website traffic, lead generation and content performance through data-driven marketing activities. You will work closely with regional stakeholders, external agencies and global teams to execute campaigns, optimize digital assets and ensure marketing efforts translate into measurable business results.

This position combines digital marketing execution, performance analysis, event coordination and stakeholder management, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional eager to contribute to the growth and visibility of a global industrial brand while bringing new ideas, technologies and innovative ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

As part of the Marketing team, you will:

  • Support the execution and optimization of digital marketing initiatives across Hispanic America.
  • Monitor, analyze and improve website traffic, campaign performance and digital marketing KPIs.
  • Create and optimize impactful content with a strong storytelling approach across multiple channels and target audiences.
  • Drive content performance by transforming marketing initiatives into measurable business results.
  • Set up, maintain and optimize paid media campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Support the implementation, maintenance and optimization of marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Coordinate agencies and internal stakeholders to implement website improvements focused on user experience and conversion optimization.
  • Perform SEO updates and support landing page optimization initiatives.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness, website traffic and lead generation performance.
  • Coordinate internal and external events for customers, partners and employees across Hispanic America.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, AI tools and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Contribute to strengthening Alfa Laval’s digital presence, brand visibility and market positioning across the region.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation or related roles.
  • Experience managing digital campaigns and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Market Engage, HubSpot, Marketo or similar.
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
