Who you are:

• To carry out electrical hardware activities on on production support, development and customer projects professionally and to the customers' expectations (medium level).

About the job:

• Electrical hardware engineering and improvement of production setup in terms of cost optimization, quality and safety to various industries for medium level complexity projects.
• Preparation of technical specifications and other documents of the project.
• Support FAT, commissioning and troubleshooting either on distance or on site.
• Carry out electrical hardware engineering which include specification of complete systems, control-, starter - and HMI-panels, cabling, necessary technical documentation, O&M manuals and FAT of the ordered items.
• Deliver input to improve current technical solutions and / or develop new solutions to ensure our competitive advantage.
• Participate in project meetings.
• Close cooperation with purchase in handling of suppliers and cooperation with Sourcing for assessing and implementing new suppliers.
• Coach and mentor less experienced Electrical Hardware engineers. Check the quality of their work and help them resolve problems and issues.
• Experience with Team Center and E-plan is a plus.

What you know:

• Experienced engineer with an understanding of western work-culture (asks for support and can admit when he/she does not know the solution).
• Good English with a preference for calling rather than sending emails when possible.
• Focus on improvements for the product/production with a Growth Mindset for own development.
• Can work independently and pro-actively.
• Readiness for travel.
