At Alfa Laval, we’re on a mission to create a positive impact by driving the sales of our services and spare parts, particularly for heat exchangers, across Romania. Your location is flexible – what truly matters is your enthusiasm for engaging with customers and leveraging our portfolio to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Alfa Laval’s services and spare parts, with a focus on heat exchangers
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities
• Conduct regular site visits to industrial and government owned companies to understand customer needs and offer tailored service and product solutions
• Utilize CRM and other sales tools effectively to manage the sales process and inform decision-making
• Generate leads from the market and existing customers, converting them into tangible business opportunities to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in field sales, with a focus on customer engagement and service solutions
• A customer-focused mindset, eager to deliver value and solutions, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Romania
• Fluency in Romanian and a good command of English
