Our Health & Safety and Environment Manager will be responsible for:

• Drive and coordinate QHSE projects/activities and spread best practices.
• Keep risk assessment and environmental analysis updated and in compliance with applicable legislation.
• Develop Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental management systems, with focus on auditing process, KPIs management, training/competences development, SOPs and instructions and improvement projects/activities.
• Support line management in their (line management) QHSE accountability.
• Guarantee customer requirements (if defined) are completely fulfilled.
• Promote and manage continuous improvement projects/activities in Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental areas, in particular to prevent any kind of injuries and occupational diseases, to prevent and limit the impacts coming from our activities in the environment and in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Strategy.
• Act to build QHSE mindset and competences in alignment with Alfa Laval Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental Strategy/Policies.

Requirements:

• Based in Colombia or Peru
• Bachelor’s degree (profesional o titulado y colegiado)
• Certified HSE, license to provide services in Occupational Health and Safety, required by legislation.
• 10 years HSE experience.
• Knowledge and experience in high-risk industries and regional scopes.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Availability for business travels
