About the job:

• Support line manager to achieve department KPI performance 

• Implement ALPS as planned 

• Be responsible to utilize new ERP System and continuously improvement 

• Keep accurate data into ERP system (Endeavour) and OPBI system 

• Engaged in applying the priorities (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) and immediately call for TL/TM in case of problems/risks 

• Control cost 

• Implement other tasks assigned by line manger .

• Receive and review customer orders and acknoledage to customers 

• Be responsible for customer inquiries, order revisions,visit. Timely feedback to relevant persons accordingly. 

• Release to customers about the latest factory lead time if it changed 

• Prepare packing list and invoice as delivery papers and notify customer to deliver the products. Finish handling in related ERP system and inform related delivery to customer. 

• Manage and update Master Plan timely
