Order Handling Support Executive

This role bears the responsibility of ensuring timely, correctly and compliant Order creation/ booking and Invoicing in system of various kind of orders like Project Orders and related orders like Project creation in ERP and booking order lines also creating orders of related supplies like documents etc. and Man-hour/ timesheet related orders for the work done by the Engineering and Supply team and IT team.

Below are typical activity to be performed by this Role:

• Order Creation and Order Invoicing, the person would be responsible for booking order against the man hours as reported by the IT team and also invoicing it as per the request raised after doing all the due diligence and ensuring the correctness of the data. at the month completion sending the monthly report with details of all the bookings and invoicing details to the IT team.
• Customer Order booking for Documentation against a project where it is requested by the Sales team and invoicing the same, post doing all the satisfactory due diligence with respect to the information.
• Order Booking of project orders which requires to scrutinize all the details and follow a process of ensuring the approvals on the order details summary from the respective project team as per the authorization matrix.
• Order Invoicing of the Project order as per the instruction of the sales team but post doing due diligence to check on fulfillment of the payment terms and doing all the adjustments with respect to advances received and pending Account Receivables. 
• Proforma Invoice creation as per the Sales team's request.
• The candidate is expected to be agile and flexible to accommodate the spikes in number of requests from internal teams during peak month days especially month ends. the candidate has good learnability and is willing to adapt in a growing cross functional environment.

Education          : Commerce Graduate

Experience        : 5+ years

Base Location : Pune Corporate Office

**Hands on exposure in ERP system is mandatory
