Who you are:

Manage large project, with medium to high complexity or business impact, in accordance with Alfa Laval’s project methodology to reach desired outcome.

About the job:

• Develop TAO Digital Road Map in line with [HGS and Marine] business strategy
• Lead the TAO AX ERP system optimization (high priority pain point)
• Eliminate and reduce the excel file by using the ERP system (AX for HGS, D365 for PB)
• Lead the D365 HGS impelmentaion / develop best case business scenarios
• Participate in HGS Digitalisation forum and contribute
• Work cross functionally within TAO to collect and connect ideas and projects
• Connect to Global OD team to review and link with TAO Road Map [MES, ABC, S&OP,…]
• Manage and build KPI for utilisation and effectiveness of implemented soultions
• Review and propose Power BI reports / maintain the process and data adherance
• Join Trinity discussions for Existing & New Product Development projects
• Secure consistency between all projects

What you know：

• BE mechanical or production or equivalent experience 
• 10 - 15 years of experience from production/manufacturing company
• Good understanding of ERP, MES, other digital solutions
• Leadership and management skills and experience

• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen
• Project work experience
• Fluent oral & written English
