About the job

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our Purchasing team, with a primary focus on data validation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, analytical, and eager to gain hands-on experience in procurement and data management. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Houston – Greenspoint.

As a part of the team, you will: 

• Real-world experience in purchasing and supply chain operations.
• Data management best practices in a business context.
• Exposure to ERP and procurement software.
• Cross-functional collaboration and process improvement strategies.
• Assist in digitizing paper-based records to improve data accessibility and integrity.
• Help build comprehensive parts portfolios to enhance inventory and purchasing processes.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What you know:

You are pursuing a Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field, with relevant experience, and:

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
