Who you are:

• Ensure the products quality to meet or exceed customer requirements through effective quality management system and quality control methodologies.

About the job:

• Prepare and Implement quality control plan and inspection procedure. Drive continuous quality improvement, preventing the production and shipment of any defective products to customers.

编制并实施质量控制和检验程序，推动质量持续改善，防止不符合产品的发生和出厂。

• Assign the task for inspector daily and review the inspector’s monthly performance.

安排检验员的日常工作内容，并对检验员进行月度考核。

• Handling daily NCs through NCR system, drive root cause analysis and follow up corrective action implementation.

通过不符合报告系统处理日常发生的质量问题，推动根本原因调查并跟踪纠正措施的落实情况

• Regular summary the Quality status include internal & external, set up the preventive quality assurance activity to improve the quality status continuously.

定期汇总内外部质量状态，建立预防性质量保证活动，不断改善提高质量状态。

• Coordinate customer claim handling, follow up implementation of corrective actions.

协调处理客户投诉，和落实纠正措施。

• Manage the team including the performance, skill development, etc.

管理检验员团队，包括团队绩效，技能发展，考勤等。

• Product quality training for related employees.

对相关人员提供产品质量知识培训

• Other jobs assigned by PHE Quality Manager.

其他部门经理安排的工作。

What you know:

• Above 5 years of working experience in production quality function

5年以上内部质量相关工作经验

• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus

有持续改善的经验，例如5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.GB认证尤佳

• Good experience for quality tools, e.g. 8D, PSS, FMEA.

丰富的质量工具经验，例如：8D， PSS, FMEA等

• Pressure vessel or heat exchanger experience is preferred

压力容器或者换热器领域经验为佳。

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience
