Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung des externen und internen Kommunikationsplans, um unsere Markenbekanntheit zu steigern und um unser Geschäft auszubauen und unsere nachhaltige Position auf dem Markt für unser Vertriebsunternehmen in Nordeuropa/Deutschland zu stärken.

Du wirst Teil unseres Marketingteams im Cluster Nordeuropa und arbeitest eng mit dem lokalen deutschen Marketingteam und den Marketingkommunikationsspezialisten in Nordeuropa zusammen. Die Rolle ist sowohl strategisch als auch operativ und du wirst die:

  • Die lokale Omnichannel-Content- und Kommunikationsstrategie für wichtige strategische Initiativen festlegen.

  • Lokale Marketingkampagnen verwalten, implementieren und verfolgen sowie unsere lokalen Veranstaltungsaktivitäten für zwei unserer Geschäftsbereiche leiten.

  • Erstellung, Verwaltung, Wiederverwendung und Optimierung von Inhalten für alle Kanäle, oft in Zusammenarbeit mit deinen Kollegen zentral und in Nordeuropa übernehmen.

Weitere Aufgaben sind:

  • Messung und Analyse von Kommunikationsaktivitäten.

  • Gestaltung und Organisation von Online- und Offline-Veranstaltungen sowie Messeauftritten.

  • Entwicklung integrierter Maßnahmen mit Kampagnen- und Digitalmarketing, Lead-Management und Vertrieb.

Du berichtest in einer Matrixstruktur an Maria Stålarm, Northern European Cluster Lead für Content & Communication, und Julia Sczech, Head of Cluster Marketing Northern Europe und Marketing Lead bei Alfa Laval Mid-Europe.

Was Du mitbringst.

Du bietest solide Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen in:

  • Kommunikationsstrategie und wie man Kommunikationskanäle definiert, die die Customer Journey verbessern und unsere Marken- und Nachhaltigkeitspositionierung unterstützen.

  • Projekt- und Stakeholder-Management, sowie Zielsetzung und Generierung von Geschäftsergebnissen aus Marketingkommunikationsaktivitäten

  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Steuerung von Agenturen und Dienstleistern sowie Budgetmanagement

  • Organisationstalent mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Kommunikationsstärke in sowohl schriftlich und mündlich fließend in Deutsch und Englisch

  • Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit Überzeugungsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen um mit Stakeholdern aus verschiedenen Ländern und Kulturen zusammenzuarbeiten

  • Du hast einen Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss sowie mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing und Kommunikation

Communications & Events Specialist (m/f/d)

Alfa Laval in Hamburg is looking for a Communication & Event Specialist to join as soon as possible.

Who you are:

You are a dedicated and strong team player with a structured approach to work. You have a strategic mindset and develop effective strategies in line with our sustainable corporate vision. You act with an outside-in perspective and keep the customer-centric view in focus.

What the job entails:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing communication activities to increase our brand awareness, grow our business, and strengthen our sustainable position in the market for our sales company in Northern Europe/Germany.

You will be part of our marketing team in the Northern Europe cluster and work closely with the local German marketing team and the marketing communication specialists in Northern Europe. The role is both strategic and operational, and you will:

  • Set the local omnichannel content and communication strategy for key strategic initiatives.

  • Manage, implement, and track local marketing campaigns, and lead our local event activities for two of our business divisions.

  • Create, manage, repurpose, and optimize content for all channels, often in collaboration with your colleagues Centrally and in Northern Europe

You will also:

  • Measure and analyze communication activities.

  • Design and organize on- and offline events and trade show participation.

  • Develop integrated measures with campaign & digital marketing, lead management, and sales.

What you bring:

You offer solid skills and experience in:

Communication strategy and how to define communication channels that enhance the customer journey and support our brand and sustainability positioning.

  • Project and stakeholder management, setting targets, and generating business results from marketing communication activities.

  • Collaboration and management of agencies and service providers, as well as budget management.

  • Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, both written and spoken, fluent in German and English.

  • An open-minded personality with strong persuasion and assertiveness to collaborate with stakeholders from different countries and cultures.

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree and more than 5 years of experience in marketing and communication.
