We are looking for a Field Service Coordinator to join our Field Service team. As a Field Service Coordinator, you participate day-to-day coordination of our worldwide field service team to meet customer expectations.

The job

Field Service department is executing different types of service activities for our system deliveries. Your team members are field service engineers who are travelling all over the world for service activities.

As a Field Service Coordinator, you

• Place customer purchase orders into our systems.
• You plan and handle daily management of service engineers’ work schedules.
• Ensure that jobs are executed according to prioritization  and in close cooperation with Team Managers.
• Support and give input to complex and nonstandard quotations for Field Service in order to meet company/divisional targets.
• Ensure timely control of order backlog and credit queries.
• Administer performance agreements closely with service sales organization.
• Monitoring of special tools, certifications, vaccinations, etc.

You work in close contact with internal project organization, as well as suppliers, customers, and other external stakeholders.  

You

• To succeed in this position, you have strong organization and teamwork skills.

• Technical and/or commercial education (B.Sc.).

• Have experience from basic office working tools and you can adopt new ways of working.

• Technical competence is a benefit but not mandatory.

• You have systematic way of working. You get motivation from challenges and can maintain performance while working under pressure.

• Experience from international work environment is considered as a benefit

• You are cooperative and able to communicate in fluent English.
