About the job

As an integral member of our team, you will be the backbone of our service operations—managing schedules, processing documentation, handling orders from entry to invoicing, and ensuring our customers receive timely and effective support. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Field Service Manager and cross-functional teams to drive results and maintain high standards, contributing to the overall success and growth of our organization. Currently, this is a Hybrid opportunity located in Houston - Greenspoint, TX.

As a part of the team, you will: 

  • Maintain weekly Field Service Schedule.
  • Handling of all documentation related to Field Service repairs.
  • Order Management responsibilities include order entry, procurement of parts, thru to invoicing.
  • Reviews pending orders and specific customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and experience.
  • Ensures customer service reports are forwarded to the customer after each service visit to effectively communicate finding, work performed, recommendations and suggested replacement or spare parts.
  • Forward any sales leads to the representative salespeople based on regional territories.
  • Ability to present service offerings to different audiences in person, via telephone/skype, and e-mail as required.
  • Establish timely and efficient work order flow.
  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure returning business with all accounts.
  • Provide backup coverage for other coordinators as required.

What you know:

Education (degree or years) and/or Certification/Registration:

  • Post-Secondary Education and/or 3 - 5 years of practical experience.

Type and Length of Experience:

  • 3 - 4 years’ experience in a Coordinator or Contract Administrator role.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Attributes Desired in Candidate:

  • Project Management oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • High energy with high level of self-initiative and strong sense of urgency. 
  • High integrity.
  • Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to troubleshoot & solve problems and work independently.
  • Safety mindset.
