Are you passionate about leadership, service excellence, and delivering outstanding customer experiences? We are looking for a driven and organized Field Service Team Leader to bring focused leadership to our team of service engineers. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our operational capability while balancing the needs of the customer, the business, and the team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Service Team Leader, you will support and coordinate your team to:

  • Create an excellent customer experience
  • Meet growing service market demands
  • Progress service jobs efficiently and ensure transparent communication with all key stakeholders

You will also:

  • Foster a strong Health & Safety culture for both the team and our customers
  • Develop, motivate, and coach service engineers, ensuring continual competence development
  • Conduct employee reviews and update skill matrices accordingly
  • Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as utilization, travel time, and training completion
  • Prioritize service jobs in close cooperation with the sales team
  • Own the Service Centre’s budget, forecasts, and financial results
  • Address claims and performance issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the team has the correct tools and equipment in working order
  • Plan and manage daily work schedules for the service team
  • Support Sales with complex quotations for Field Service jobs
  • Manage planning and administration of service agreements with customers
  • Follow up on service reports, leads, and technical recommendations from the team

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in team leadership and workforce planning
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety standards and a commitment to promoting a safety-first culture
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with standard computer applications and tools
  • Fluent in Romanian and proficient in English
