We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Food & Pharma team as an Inside Sales Engineer.

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customers across the SEE region with professional technical support in the selection of industrial equipment and solutions.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide customers with technical support during the selection process, demonstrating how our products meet their requirements.
• Cooperate with customers and actively support the sales team.
• Follow-up on business opportunities
• Provide support to Alfa Laval partners.
• Build long-term relationships with business partners.
• Be responsible for product training for customers.

Requirements:

• Technical education (Chemistry, Engineering, Food Processing, or a related field).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills, high engagement, and the ability to work in a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Product presentation skills.
