Your tasks

In your role you will:

• Prepare all documentation required for receiving and sending material
• Ask for special quotation (if needed) or using global agreement
• Support of delivering services according to shipping plan developed in alignment with project plans
• Support to coordinate packaging activities according to customers specifications 
• Support to coordinate the shipping documents
• Support to the packaging preparation & movement 

Competence and Experiences

• High school Diploma (degree will be a plus)
• Good English level (B1 et least)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

DURATION: temporary contract of 6 months and possible renewal
