About the job：

Key tasks & responsibilities:

• Coordinating all master data related activities through development projects, with a strong focus on the stakeholders in supply chain and factory.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all actions are identified
• Facilitate decision making for unclear entry in the master data attributes
• Ensure that the entire supply chain is prepared for this change.
• Create new items for NPD/EPD projects and in case of Engineering Changes
• Coordinating Master data activities with relevant engineering function in Aalborg, Nijmegen and Qingdao.
• Govern the master data processes within TeamCenter and ERP
• Focus on Continuous improvement within the item creation process
• Focus on compliance through the item creation process, where the correct functions are having the decision making powers.
• Items creation in accordance to demands/setup in PLM/ERP (Team Center, Axapta, Pulse, Magic – D365)
• Implementation accordance to demands/setup and ERP (TeamCenter, Axapta, Pulse, Magic)
• Identifying/Coordinating item creation with stakeholders
• Identifying/Coordinating item replacement with stakeholders
• Be a key stakeholder for CAD work in creating correct and appropriate Master data
• Ad hoc
