You will work across our three product solution areas - Environmental Solutions, Heating Solutions, and Safety Solutions - in collaboration with the other product managers and cross-functional teams. In this role, you will take on a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Work closely with the sales team to support key customer accounts by providing technical expertise, conducting product training, and participating in customer visits and presentations.

  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the Marine Division's service solutions.

  • Monitor service performance metrics (profitability & volume), analyze customer feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Drive lead generation and evaluate future service product opportunities based on cost-benefit analysis.

  • Define needs & demands for the development of service products and set priorities.

  • Lead early stages of service development projects and support project managers during pre-study phases.

  • Monitor service product portfolio delivery (on-time, within budget, quality) in collaboration with Product Development, Service, and Marketing Communications.

  • Lead & coordinate product launches, working with marketing teams to promote service products.

  • Develop and manage partnerships with service providers to enhance service capabilities.

  • Ensure service offerings are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with the Service department strategy.

  • Ensure the service product provides a great user experience.

  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to effectively position and execute offerings in the market.

  • Collaborate and align with Global and other Marine BUs.
