About the job:

• Be responsible for entire welding works for HFH Kunshan factory which includes Pump production, Valve production, Fitting Production and Tank equipment production.
• 负责整个HFH昆山工厂的焊接工作，包括泵生产、阀生产、连接件生产和罐装设备生产.
• Be responsible for all welding certification/audit for HFH Kunshan factory including but not limited to PED, ASME BPE, etc.
• 负责整个HFH昆山工厂的焊接认证、审核等工作，包括但不限于PED、ASME BPE等。
• Define welding methods and creates WPS/tools for new products.
• 为新产品定义焊接方法、制作焊接工艺规范及相关焊接工具·      
• Analyze and interpret of construction codes : GB and ASME.分析和解读ASME及GB标准·      
• Maintenance and update welding procedures for existing products.
• 维护更新现有产品的焊接指导书·      
• Manufacturing data reports : welding log, welding map, etc.
• 生产数据报告：焊接日志、焊接工艺图等·      
• Train/qualify new welders and develop existing welders’ skills.培训及认证焊工资格，提高现有焊工的技能·      
• Compile and optimize welding robot’s programme, train the operators.
• 编写及优化焊接机器人程序，培训操作者·      
• Estimate production welding cost and participate welding equipment  purchasing/FAT/SAT for related NPD projects.
• 参与新产品焊接工艺的开发，制作成本预算及参与相关焊接设备的采购、验收·      
• Participate in ALPS Cell Status Board meetings as support for welding problem resolution.
• 参加ALPS白班会，解决白板上产生的关于产品焊接方面的问题
• Responsible for production as a PS engineer(Item master, CI/PI, BOM/Routing).
• 作为生产线的PS 工程师（维护物料、BOM、Routing、CI/PI）

  What you know:

• High knowledge in arc welding, electric-resistance welding, arc stud welding, PED, ASME BPE, etc.
• 焊接专业，理工科本科学历或等同经历
• 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company at welding position
• 5 年焊接岗位的生产制造工作经验, 在氩弧焊、电阻焊、螺柱焊、压力容器焊接，ASME BPE等方面都有较高的能力水平
• Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen. Certified GB is plus
• 有持续改善的经验，例如5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.GB认证尤
• Project work experience 有项目管理经验
• ERP basic management on master data management(BOM/Routing,etc)
• 基本的ERP操作，如BOM、Routing等。
• English fluent in speaking and writing流利的英语读写
