We’re looking for
Rudeboksvägen, Lund, Skåne län, Sweden, 226 55
Full time
Studio & Content Production Coordinator
Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.
Imagine starting your morning by checking the studio schedule and preparing for a video shoot. You greet colleagues from across the business, helping them feel comfortable and ready for their session. The studio setup is checked and ready to go, and you guide everyone through the recording, making sure everything runs smoothly.
After the shoot, you review and deliver the footage files, update the booking details, and make a note on how to further improve the studio routines. As the studio quiets down, you shift gears: collaborating with the Group Brand & Communications team on upcoming brand campaigns, editing web articles, or creating visuals for social media. You join a quick huddle with the editorial team to align priorities, share ideas, and support each other’s projects.
Throughout the day, you balance hands-on studio work with creative content tasks, always striving for clarity, quality, and teamwork. You’re not just behind the scenes, you’re actively shaping how the company communicates, learning new skills, and contributing to a vibrant, global team.
About the job
As a Studio & Content Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving our professional video studio operations and assisting with the production and optimization of content across our digital channels. This is a hands-on, production-focused position ideal for someone who thrives on delivering high-quality results, enjoys working with people, and is passionate about both studio operations and digital content.
As part of the Channels & Content team in Group Brand & Communications, your focus will be on group-level content and audiences, collaborating with strategic communication advisors and a team of specialists on our brand, channels, and editorial needs. The role involves interacting with many stakeholders from all over the business, e.g. from marketing, human resources, leaders, and engineers. This means that both areas of responsibilities require a flexible and supportive mindset while having ability to push for quality and clarity in our communication.
We’re looking for someone who is not only skilled in studio operations, but also eager to contribute to Group Brand & Communications’ strategic direction, collaborate on content plans, and be an active member of our team.
The role is a full-time role (standard office hours with occasional flexibility required), reporting to the Head of Channels & Content and you will primarily work on-site at our headquarter office in Lund where the studio environment and most of the Group Brand & Communications team members are located. We are actively recruiting for the right applicant to start as soon as possible. Compensation and benefits will be discussed as part of the recruitment process. We will provide onboarding on the specifics of the studio environment and the editorial process when the hiring process is completed.
Key responsibilities:
Studio coordination (40-60%)
Manage studio bookings: Independently manage booking requests for our professional video studio, ensuring all parties involved have a good understanding of the process and the desired outcome. This includes ensuring that all logistical and technical requirements are in place according to agreed scope.
Client preparation: Proactively provide booking parties with clear self-study materials and preparation guides to ensure smooth studio sessions.
Information gathering: Collect and verify all necessary information from booking parties (e.g., technical needs, scenography, required technical staff where applicable, preparation time).
Execution: We expect you to be able to deliver basic studio recordings on your own, but when there are more complex scenarios where more advanced production specialists are involved, you still need to be actively present to supervise, guide and assist to ensure a successful activity.
Continuous improvement: Develop and update preparation materials and studio routines for efficiency, safety, information security, and stakeholder satisfaction.
While studio coordination typically accounts for 40-60% of the role over a year, it may require more time during busy periods or demanding studio activities. However, since the studio is not in continuous demand, the role will also be expected to work with content production and coordination as outlined below:
Content production & coordination (60–40%)
Content editing: Editing and refining text and visual content for corporate content on our Public Web (Optimizely), Intranet (SharePoint), Multibrand Portal (also SharePoint), and Social Media (Sprinklr).
Visual & video production: Creation and editing of images and basic video content using Adobe Creative Suite.
Quality assurance: Ensure all content meets ambitious standards for clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency, with a strong focus on English language quality.
Coordination and collaboration: Work closely with other content producers (internal and external), our Editorial Core Team, channel experts, and advisors to ensure content production priorities are aligned and deliveries are coordinated.
Content maintenance: Maintain and update existing content to keep it relevant and engaging.
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a producing, coordinating, or content editing role (studio and digital content).
Technical skills: Familiarity with studio equipment and tools like vMix and Qlabs, CMS platforms like Optimizely and SharePoint, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.) is highly meriting.
Language: Fluent in English with excellent attention to detail.
People skills: Strong interpersonal skills; able to support and guide colleagues with varying levels of technical and content knowledge.
Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines. Can set up and use relevant tools (content planners, booking forms etc.) to support a smooth process for stakeholders in various roles.
Proactive attitude: Eager to take initiative, solve problems, and continuously improve processes and materials.
Meriting: Experience working with corporate functions and/or in a multinational corporate communications environment is an advantage.
What’s in it for you
A dynamic, fast-paced environment with variating tasks in a collaborative communications team.
Opportunities to develop your skills in both studio operations and digital content production.
The chance to work with a diverse group of colleagues and stakeholders.
A chance to grow in a global organization with many interesting career paths.
