Reporting to APS Channel Sales Manager.

Provide in-depth technical advice to sales companies, customers and central teams on product and application related issues, working as product & application expert.

Activities:

• Provide solutions for deep technical requests of selection of our products
• Dialogue with sales force in order to provide support for technical matters
• Take care of Product Care requests in cooperation with R&D
• Troubleshooting for issues involving our products

Requirements:

• New graduated / student in Engineering (Mechanical, Thermodynamics, Energy, Chemical, Management)
• Good English level (B2)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Attitude to listen and to dialogue with sales force
• Attitude to Problem Solving
