About the job:

• Drive efficient work practices in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

• Responsible for testing manufacturing processes, including evaluation, improvement and global         unification.

负责测试制造工艺，包含评定，改善及全球统一化;

• Monitor the testing equipment's operation status & be responsible for normal maintenance work and repair the issue machine in time and short machine break time.

监控测试设备的运行状态，负责正常的维护工作，及时维修问题设备，缩短机器停机时间;

• Establish equipment maintenance plan and work instruction, lead maintenance staff to implement preventive maintenance work regularly .

制定设备维护计划和工作指导书，领导维护人员定期实施预防性维护工作

• Responsible for identifying and rectifying any deficiencies in existing mechanical systems and equipment with Root Cause Failure Analysis techniques.

通过使用根本原因故障分析技术识别和纠正现有机械系统和设备中的缺陷。

• Manage improvement, lean and investment project；

管理相关改善,精益及投资类项目；

• Analyze status of the equipment regulatory, keep a good status of spare parts

What you know:

• Mechanical related education background; bachelor degree or above  

机械、电气及相关教育背景，本科以上学历

• 3-5 years of repair or maintenance experience, with leakage test experience preferred

• Familiar with mechanical and automation system

• Proficient in CAD and SolidWorks software

•  Strong logic analysis ability and Strong Problem-solving skills
