We are looking for a dynamic and strategic-minded Channel Manager to join our team in Istanbul. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing channel strategies specifically for the HVAC segment. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strong partner and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the business strategy and plans for your area of responsibility in line with the Energy team's goals and targets.
  • Drive business development and sales activities to strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction, including market analysis, pricing, customer visits, and seminars.
  • Develop and manage a channel strategy tailored to the HVAC market.
  • Forecast sales and budgets; monitor progress against objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work proactively and systematically with the sales and business development teams to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with partners to build and execute business plans that achieve sales goals.
  • Manage partner sales activities to ensure consistent revenue generation.

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
  • Proven experience in channel management, sales, or business development — ideally within the HVAC or residential sector
  • Solid understanding of channel distribution models and partner relationship management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with analytical skills and a focus on results
  • People management experience, with a track record of leading and developing teams
  • Fluency in Turkish and good command of English
  • Willingness to travel within Turkey
